一種奈米強化耐熱型熱固性聚酯材料之製法,係以含有低分子量不飽和乙烯基之聚酯樹脂、含有不飽和乙烯基之官能化聚酯寡聚合物、含有層狀矽酸鹽不飽和乙烯基之聚酯樹脂、以及含有乙烯基之反應性單體形成高分子黏性液體,並使該高分子黏性液體以催化劑與輔助劑之配合進行官能基聚合硬化反應,而生成高交聯密度之三度空間網狀有機-無機混成熱固性聚酯樹脂。藉此,可達到提昇樹脂使用溫度、並增加聚酯分子鏈的剛性、交聯密度,大幅提昇材料的耐熱性、熱安定性以及機械特性之功效。

A method is used to make a nano enhanced thermo-durable thermosetting polyester material. The method includes the steps of providing prepolymer viscous liquid and curing the prepolymer viscous liquid. The prepolymer viscous liquid includes: a polyester prepolymer that includes an unsaturated vinyl group of low molecular weight, a functional polyester oligomer that includes an unsaturated vinyl group, a polyester prepolymer that includes an unsaturated vinyl group associated with layered silicates, and a polymerizable monomer that includes a vinyl group. To cure the prepolymer viscous liquid, a catalyst and a accelerator are used. Thus, there is provided a highly cross-linked three-dimensional thermosetting polyester/layered silicate nano material.
